I had a great experience with Ken Mays Plumbing! I religiously read Yelp reviews and there was an overwhelming amount of recommendations. I have a rental property up in the Napa area and I am out of the area. They did all the work without me having to do a thing. They found the problem and worked with my regarding cost. All of their workers were very friendly and helpful. They really helped me be calm during a stressful situation.

Great, courteous service. We had an emergent situation and their response time was better than we had hoped, the plumbers were respectful, professional, super nice and great at their job. I won’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs and so nice that they are a local Napa company!

After I installed my new water heater, I found it had a manufacturing defect which was causing the water heater to such down for no apparent reason. The distributor dispatched Ken Mays Plumbing to investigate as a possible warranty repair.

Ryan from Ken Mays Plumbing promptly and thoroughly investigated the concern, determined the cause of failure and replaced the bad part that was actually allowing some gas to escape. His attention to detail in troubleshooting the problem was meticulous. My advice, when dealing with plumbing and mechanical issues, especially those that involve flammable gas, don’t mess around, call the professionals at Ken Mays Plumbing, they are good folks as well.

Fast, professional, responsive to a holiday weekend emergency, sensitive to cost factors. Suggested the leaking toilet bases could be reset at a later time when holiday/weekend rates did not apply…..

Consulted Yelp yesterday, a Sunday Labor Day weekend, with guests in a house that had plumbing problems in two bathrooms rendering them barely usable. I called three of the Yelp companies. Ken Mays had an actual person answer the phone and gave me pricing information. I called the two others who were also highly rated and left vm messages asking for assistance information for that day. I waited to hear back from both, but they never did return my calls (writing this 12 hours later).

The two men who did the work were in their young twenties, clean cut, exceptionally polite (even shaking my hand), and dressed in uniforms. They came out within three hours of my call, and completed the emergency work in an hour. Very positive experience, could not have done a better job. They went out to the mainline which was blocked by tree roots. They also took American Express.

Had an emergency plumbing problem in the middle of a Sunday night that sent me into a panic. As a new home owner I’m not used to dealing with these situations on my own. Called Ken Mays Plumbing and they asked me lots of questions and were extremely helpful. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg to rush out and fix it that night they suggested I wait until Monday morning and they’d send someone by. They were right. The problem could wait until morning and they arrived promptly and quickly took care of it. I really appreciated their help, honesty and good service. Their rates are also reasonable. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing work done.

We would like to thank you for your help on a Saturday. Your worker was so very helpful and kind to listen to all of our problems.
